Bookkeeper
Growing HVAC and fuel delivery company is seeking an experienced, dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Customer billing and payment posting
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Vendor invoices and statements
- Payroll assistance
- General bookkeeping and recordkeeping
- Past-due account follow-up
- Month-end accounting support
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- HVAC, fuel delivery, construction, or service industry experience is a plus
