In the MRi start-up capacity, this individual conducts field installation verifications, performs factory start-ups, delivers owner training, and executes warranty work for the equipment MRi sells.

The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical, electrical, and controls expertise and thrives both working independently on service calls and collaborating with the MRi start-up team on new equipment commissioning. Experience with HVAC controls is a plus.

• Troubleshoot commissioning issues in coordination with the MRi start-up team and equipment manufacturers
• Deliver owner/operator training on new equipment — covering proper operation, maintenance schedules, and control interfaces
• Execute warranty service and repairs for MRi-represented equipment within the warranty period
• Serve as a knowledgeable field liaison between MRi, installing contractors, and end customers

• Build strong customer relationships and communicate service findings and start-up results clearly
