Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for learning the process of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns in commercial environments.

  • Train with senior technicians and work to become self sufficient in performing service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.

  • Ability to navigate and use smart phone to support business systems

  • Proper use of all IVR systems and proper check in and out with EE dispatchers.

  • Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment and parts needed to complete service work.

  • Responsible for providing excellent service to commercial customers and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an effective manner.

  • Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.   

  • Other duties include performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning

IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.

Requirements:

  • A certificate in HVAC from an accredited college or career center.

  • EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal license preferred.

  • Proven mechanical aptitude

  • Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.

  • Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.

  • The ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.

  • The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
