Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for learning the process of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns in commercial environments.
Train with senior technicians and work to become self sufficient in performing service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
Ability to navigate and use smart phone to support business systems
Proper use of all IVR systems and proper check in and out with EE dispatchers.
Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment and parts needed to complete service work.
Responsible for providing excellent service to commercial customers and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an effective manner.
Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
Other duties include performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning
IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.
Requirements:
A certificate in HVAC from an accredited college or career center.
EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal license preferred.
Proven mechanical aptitude
Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.
The ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.
The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
