Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting Diagnostics &
Optimization: Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of commercial HVAC
systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance
tasks, such as filter replacements, system inspections, and performance
assessments
- Controls Integration: Collaborate on integrating HVAC
systems with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize energy
efficiency and performance.
- Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with
clients to assess HVAC needs and provide informed recommendations.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to
safety protocols and complies with relevant regulations.

Commercial Techs with 3+ years of experience. Good fit for an

- Knowledge of the latest HVAC
technologies and trends in the commercial sector.
- Excellent communication skills
for client and team interactions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in
commercial HVAC maintenance and diagnostics.
- Universal EPA, OSHA 10 or 30
certification - preferred
- Leadership experience training and managing Techs and Installers
- Able to travel 24-50% of the time including some over night.
- Proficiency in reading HVAC
blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Experience with BAS integration
and HVAC control systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and
attention to detail.
- Valid HVAC certification/license
as required by local regulations.
