New Commercial Refrigeration Technician opportunity in Lihue!
Rutan Refrigeration is seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team.

Candidates must currently reside in Kauai for immediate availability/start.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Service and troubleshoot specialty kitchen equipment and espresso machines
- Complete installation projects for new equipment
- Maintain and service pools and spas to ensure optimal functionality
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of equipment
- Document service activities including repairs, parts used, and project progress
Qualifications:
- Experience servicing commercial HVAC/R, specialty kitchen equipment, pools, spas etc
- Strong service and repair skills
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Creative approach to problem-solving
- Committed and reliable
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $65k-$150k/Annually plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
