Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances, understand and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel, and live the mission of always providing exceptional service
Fulfill work order requests for facility repairs and improvements including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, structural, flooring, roofing, painting, drywall, HVAC, lighting, building safety and key systems in a timely manner; perform preventive maintenance on same
Monitor and record equipment and system performance
Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers
Possess the ability to act independently when required and to accomplish tasks without direct supervision
Think creatively to solve problems, evaluate data, and learn constantly
Be available after hours and on weekends for on-call situations, emergencies, consultations, and report for work calls despite inclement weather conditions when necessary
Request supplies and tools as needed
Safely operate a motor vehicle
Work effectively with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel
Perform other related duties as may be assigned
Regular attendance is required
Supervise and direct Facilities’ team members to assist with the HVAC equipment
Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential job functions.
While performing job duties the team member may be required to sit, stand, walk, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, use repetitive motions for extended periods of time, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. While performing job duties, the team member may be required to work indoors and outdoors in hazardous environments. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The team member may lift, push, pull, and move up to 100 pounds.
While performing job duties the team member is regularly exposed to risks associated with travel between buildings and back and forth to other areas as may be required due to business demands. The team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, including second-hand environmental smoke, moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, vibrations, and risk of electric shock. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to loud, and there are fluctuations in lighting due to flashing lights from slot machines and band lighting.
At a minimum, the selected candidate will be required to pass a background check and drug-screening test and obtain a gaming license.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Journeyman’s License required.
Three to four years’ experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair
EPA certification Required.
Knowledge and competency with automated controls systems, and with tools and techniques associated with typical facility repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, flooring, roofing, and wall coverings
Adept at reading and interpreting specifications, vendor catalog cut sheets, contractor submittals, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to obtain a gaming license from Fort Sill Apache Gaming Commission and pass all pre-employment processing.
