Field Operations Manager - HVAC

Join Our Team of HVAC Service Pros Today!

Do you value professionalism and punctuality? Do you want to work with the best pros in the HVAC industry? If you are an individual who values a rewarding career and providing amazing customer experiences, you may be a match for our team. Opportunities for professional technicians and customer service professionals are now available across the country.

The Field Operations Manager supports daily field operations by overseeing advanced service, repair, maintenance, and installation on residential HVAC systems while leading and developing the technician team. This role is the primary field lead — ensuring high-quality workmanship, a strong customer experience, and smooth coordination between technicians, dispatch, and management — and also serves as a trusted business partner to ownership and the General Manager in growing the business. You'll step in on escalations, set the standard for the crew, and help shape how we run.

As a lead here, you won't be stepping into a rigid, corporate environment — you'll be joining a growing, founder-led operation where your voice actually shapes how we work. We're building this business from the ground up, and the people who join early will help define our standards, our culture, and the way we serve the Cumberland, Vinings, and Chastain Park community. It's a startup environment backed by the stability, systems, and national brand recognition of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning — the best of both worlds for someone who wants to grow, lead, and be part of something from day one.

A Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor (master / Class II Unrestricted) license is not required, but it's a strong plus — candidates who hold one can serve as our license qualifier and earn higher compensation.
