Job Title: Division VP, RNC & Home Services
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $175,000 to $200,000 Base Salary + Profit Sharing

The Role: As the Division Vice President, you will report to the SVP and operate as the head of our Northwest Phoenix location. We need a leader with serious operational and financial acumen who can set the tone for the entire building, mentor local management, and scale our Residential New Construction pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency across the entire division.
- Provide senior management with regular performance updates and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers to achieve net promoter score targets.
- Engage with front line associates and management to build a cohesive, one-team culture.
Requirements:
- 10 plus years of prior experience acting as an operations manager, VP, or GM.
- Mandatory background in Residential New Construction (RNC) HVAC operations.
- Explicit prior P&L ownership responsibility.
- Mechanical aptitude and a proactive willingness to drive continuous improvement.
