WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on:
- Split Systems
- Heat Pumps
- Air Handlers
- Gas Furnaces
- Window Units
- Light Commercial Rooftop Units
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- EPA Certification ( type II or universal)
- HVAC Certification Preferred
- Electrical, Plumbing, or Maintenance Experience is a Plus

SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a rotating on-call schedule. Overtime opportunities are available and may be required during emergency situations, peak workload periods, or to meet business needs. We value work-life balance and strive to keep mandatory overtime to a minimum whenever possible.
Our goal is to provide a predictable schedule while delivering exceptional service to our residents and commercial customers.
