OHA is looking for an experienced HVAC & Gas Fireplace Parts Ordering Specialist to join our team!
We need someone who knows the industry, understands equipment and replacement parts, and can efficiently identify, locate, and order the correct parts for our technicians.
Responsibilities
- Identify and order HVAC and gas fireplace replacement parts.
- Research parts using model numbers, serial numbers, and manufacturer diagrams.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate parts ordering.
- Work directly with manufacturers, distributors, and supply houses.
- Compare pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Track orders, backorders, and expected delivery dates.
- Follow up with vendors to prevent unnecessary delays.
Qualifications

Previous HVAC and/or gas fireplace parts experience REQUIRED.
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and replacement components.
- Knowledge of gas fireplace parts and manufacturers is a major plus.
- Experience working with HVAC distributors and supply houses.
- Ability to read parts diagrams and identify correct replacement components.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer and communication skills.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
This is not an entry-level position. Industry knowledge and experience are a must!
