Job Title: HVAC General Manager / License Holder
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Compensation: $80,000 to $125,000 Base + Aggressive Bonuses

The Role This is a true ground-floor opportunity. In your first 90 days, you will serve as a player-coach—taking on field calls while simultaneously building out our processes, implementing AI technologies, and hiring our first wave of technicians. You will have full autonomy to shape the team, manage the financials, and scale operations.

Requirements for Success
  • Must hold an active North Carolina HVAC License.
  • Exceptional active listening and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial grit and the willingness to perform physical field labor while the company scales.
