ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with the expectation to be available for rotating nights and weekends as needed
As an HVAC Helper, you will be on the move, supporting our mission to deliver top-quality service to every customer. You will spend your days providing outstanding customer service and assisting with a variety of HVAC tasks. You will use your technical skills to help install, service, or repair systems, all while working closely with a dedicated team. You will keep organized, communicate clearly, and tackle challenges head-on, whether you're climbing ladders, working in attics, or overcoming heat to get the job done. Training and development from Supreme Service Today will help you grow those skills every day, making each shift a step forward in your career.
If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- 2+ years of technical/vocational schooling OR 1 full year of field experience
- Experience in HVAC installation, service, or repair (preferred)
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Highly organized and motivated
- Ability to withstand heat, climb ladders, and/or enter attics (if applicable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working as part of a team
