What you'll do:

You'll meet with homeowners throughout Central PA who need solutions for their heating, cooling, comfort, and indoor air quality needs.

• Build genuine relationships and understand what's most important to each homeowner
• Perform a thorough whole-home evaluation using real measurements and facts
• Educate clients and explain technical information in plain English
• Build clear options with upfront pricing and financing choices
• Help clients confidently choose the solution that's right for their home and family
• Follow our proven 5-Star Home Solutions Process from the first conversation through follow-up
• Maintain accurate opportunities, proposals, notes, and follow-ups in ServiceTitan
• Work closely with our installation managers, job coordinators, materials team, and field teams to deliver a true 5-star experience
• Follow up like a pro and stay connected until there's a clear answer

We're looking for someone who:

• Has real HVAC knowledge and industry experience
• Has in-home HVAC sales experience or closely related experience
• Genuinely enjoys helping and connecting with people
• Listens before recommending
• Communicates confidently without being pushy
• Is motivated by goals and takes ownership of results
• Follows through and does what they say they're going to do
• Wants to continually learn, improve, and get better
• Is comfortable with technology, CRM systems, tablets, and digital proposals
• Values teamwork and understands that the client experience doesn't end when the sale is made
• Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Can pass a background check
