We continue to grow every year and are looking for full-time employees to join our team.  Position Summary As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll support licensed technicians and installers with setting up and installing heating and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses, learning hands-on  as you go. It's a trade with steady, reliable demand, and this is where you start building real skills for a long-term career. Key Responsibilities • Assist HVAC installers with the setup, installation, and replacement of HVAC systems,  including ductwork and wiring • Prepare tools, materials, and work areas, and perform basic tasks like measuring, cutting,  drilling, and assembling under supervision • Follow blueprints, schematics, and project instructions from senior technicians, ensuring all  work meets building codes and safety regulations • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, and document work performed and time logs as required • Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, and take part in training and  safety meetings to build your HVAC trade knowledge We Offer • Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses • Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off • Company events & parties • Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-term  disability insurance Qualifications: Job Requirements: Pre-employment background check Pre-employment drug screen Strong communication and People Skills Previous sales experience or HVAC knowledge  There is room to grow for the right candidate.
