- Stable, year-round work — no seasonal layoffs
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits
- PTO and paid holidays
- Ongoing training and support
- Room to grow — we promote from within
What You'll Do:
- Lead residential HVAC installations from arrival to final walkthrough — furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork — installed to code, manufacturer specs, and industry standards
- Lead and train your installation assistant on every job
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience that exceeds the expectations set by the SRM or Comfort Advisor — communicating before, during, and after the install, and making sure the customer is fully prepared to operate their new system
- Protect and care for the customer's home throughout the installation process
- Perform thorough start-up and testing of installed systems; complete and sign the Safety, Quality, and Assurance Report
- Complete the Job Site Hazard Analysis Report (JHAR) before beginning work, and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used; communicate issues and replenishment needs to the Project Management Team at job completion
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete installations on schedule

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (required)
- EPA certification (required)

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work hours outside the normal schedule when needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
