What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
- Provide professional and courteous customer service throughout the installation process
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
- Accurately document completed work and equipment information
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and support apprentice development
- Follow company safety policies and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Experience safely using HVAC installation tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR review
