As the HVAC Install Manager, you'll oversee all residential and/or commercial HVAC installation operations, manage and develop a team of skilled installers, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety and efficiency standards, and help drive customer satisfaction at every stage of the project.

Compensation:
- $80,000/yr + monthly bonus potential
- Additional $12,000 annual compensation for maintaining the required H3-1 HVAC license

What YOU Will Do:
- The HVAC Installation Manager facilitates and performs quality and safety inspections on new Installations. Troubleshoot, and resolve installation and start-up issues.
- Provide consistent and accurate feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to Installation Technicians.
- The HVAC Installation Manager will partner with service, dispatch, warehouse, and other necessary departments to ensure timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Follow up and resolve escalated customer disputes/complaints, ensuring an effective and long-term resolution and provide daily feedback to HVAC Operations Manager.
- Plan, forecast, and coordinate Installations. Communicate clear goals and expectations to Installation Technicians.
- Help instill a fun and nurturing culture with Integrity Home Solution Core Values.
- Ensure that safety topics are incorporated into one-to-one coaching conversations, weekly meetings, and training sessions. Monitor and act on trends involving Installation Technician callbacks and service opportunities.
What We Need From YOU:
- A current H3-1 HVAC license in North Carolina or South Carolina is required for consideration
- At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair service, including air conditioning & heating systems.
- Must have the ability to train others.
- Must have valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Acceptable criminal background check
- A valid driver’s license (because we’re on the move!)
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
