We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead and develop a team of installation professionals while driving operational excellence, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can build high-performing teams, maintain accountability, and support continued growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HVAC installation technicians and apprentices
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop installation team members
  • Establish performance expectations and hold team members accountable to results
  • Mentor and coach employees to support professional growth and career development
  • Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and customer service standards
  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, and overall department performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Support operational initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of installations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience within HVAC operations
  • Strong HVAC installation background
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
