THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Experience
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand tools, power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Must have a valid WA State driver's license and a good driving record
• Must provide own tools
• Must be comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined spaces
