WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC INSTALLER

• EPA Certification
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation procedures
• Experience installing split systems, package units, and ductwork
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues
• Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving efficiently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous Lead Installer or leadership experience

DAY-TO-DAY

As our HVAC Installer, you'll take the lead on residential installation projects from start to finish, coordinating your crew while ensuring every system is installed safely, efficiently, and according to company and code requirements. Your day may include reviewing installation specifications, determining materials and equipment needed for each project, installing or replacing split systems, package units, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork, troubleshooting installation challenges, performing quality-control inspections, starting up and testing newly installed systems, and ensuring everything operates exactly as intended. Throughout each project, you'll communicate professionally with homeowners, maintain a clean and organized work environment, train and mentor junior installers, maintain company vehicles and equipment, and uphold the safety and quality standards that make Air Pros a trusted name in the industry.
