What You'll Do
- Install residential heat pump systems
- Install ceiling cassette units
- Install branch boxes and refrigerant piping
- Complete clean, high-quality installations that meet manufacturer specifications
- Start up and test systems to ensure they are operating properly
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Complete installation documentation using company software
What You Bring
- 4+ years of residential heat pump installation experience
- Experience installing heat pumps
- Experience installing ceiling cassettes
- Experience installing branch boxes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
