Responsibilities
- Install residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Install ductwork, line sets, thermostats, and ventilation components.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Test systems for proper operation and explain system basics to homeowners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems preferred.
- EPA Certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
