THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable self-starter
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work rotating nights and weekends
- Highly organized and motivated
- Ability to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders, and work in attics when needed
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
At least two years of prior field experience, as well as experience in HVAC installation, service, and repair, are preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC INSTALLER
This is a full-time position with availability required for rotating nights and weekends.
In this role, you'll ensure comfort and reliability for customers by setting up and testing HVAC systems for optimal performance. You'll troubleshoot issues, maintain installation standards, communicate professionally with customers, and collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
