JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re Busby’s, and we’re looking for a hard-working, experienced apprentice with a good attitude and a desire to build a real career. You’ll be partnered with our Lead Installer and hit the ground running installing heating and air equipment like a pro,

  • Our HVAC Apprentices typically earn between $55,000 to north of $90,000 per year. Base hourly rate is $17-$22/hr based on experience. + install bonuses. We pay "flat rate" for installs.

JOB DUTIES
Highly skilled technician who demonstrates expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership. 
  • Assist on installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
  • Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
  • Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
  • Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
  • Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
  • Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
COMPENSATION
  • $17 – $22/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
  • Total Comp: $55K–$90K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives
