What You'll Be Doing
- Install residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Install ductwork, line sets, thermostats, ventilation components, and more.
- Make sure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Test systems to ensure they're operating properly.
- Explain basic system operation to homeowners.
- Keep your jobsite clean, safe, and organized.
- Take pride in the finished product — because your name is attached to the work.
What We're Looking For
- Residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Certification.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
- Someone who believes "good enough" isn't good enough.
