Full job details
Build your HVAC installation skills on a supportive Bend crew.
Level 1 installers complete foundational work with routine direction
and grow toward greater independence through hands-on training and
clear advancement expectations.
You’ll support residential HVAC and water-heating installations
while taking ownership of safe, accurate foundational tasks.
- Prepare and protect jobsites, stage materials, and support
equipment removal and placement.
- Complete assigned line-set, condensate, pad, strapping, duct,
and finish-work tasks.
- Use tools safely and keep the truck, work area, and materials organized.
- Complete required photos, checklists, and closeout documentation.
- Learn installation standards and ask for help when a task is
outside your current scope.

Requirements
- EPA Section 608 certification or ability to obtain it
promptly.
- About 1+ year of related field experience, HVAC training, or
demonstrated trainee-level skills.
- Working knowledge of common hand and power tools and jobsite safety.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow plans
and direction.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; climb ladders; and
work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and changing weather.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; basic electrical,
sheet-metal, plumbing, or Spanish skills are a plus.
