Take ownership of standard residential HVAC installations from setup through commissioning. Level 3 installers work independently, troubleshoot confidently, communicate well with customers, and help newer installers build their skills. You’ll plan and complete high-quality heat-pump, furnace, water-heating, ventilation, and controls work across homes. Plan equipment placement, piping, drainage, wiring, duct connections, and efficient crew workflow. Braze or flare, pressure-test, evacuate, charge, start up, and commission systems correctly. Diagnose installation and control issues and verify airflow and system performance. Complete accurate documentation and explain system operation to customers. Coach Level 1 and Level 2 installers and reinforce safety and quality standards. About GreenSavers: GreenSavers is a home-performance contractor serving Portland and Central Oregon. We are a multi-year ENERGY STAR® Contractor of the Year and a certified B Corporation. We help homeowners improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality through heating, cooling, weatherization, electrification, and related services.
