HVAC Installer - Residential

Job Description:

LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for their Lee, MA, location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of furnaces, A/C units, ductless heat pumps, boilers, hydronic HVAC, indoor air quality accessories, and any other heating, cooling, and indoor comfort products.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems
• EPA – Universal Certification preferred

The starting base hourly range for this position is $35-45 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
