What You'll Do:

  • Execute the Install: Work as part of a crew on residential and commercial installations, following the Lead Installer's direction and Edelman's quality standards.
  • Build Your Skills: Learn ductwork, brazing, line set installation, and control wiring hands-on, with guidance from experienced installers.
  • Solve Problems On the Fly: Bring a proactive mindset — flag issues early and work with your team to find efficient solutions.
  • Deliver Quality Work: Take pride in clean ductwork, precise wiring, and craftsmanship that meets Edelman standards on every job.
  • Represent Edelman: As part of the crew on-site, you'll help deliver a professional, respectful experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ year of HVAC installation experience, or completion of an HVAC training program.
  • Certifications: EPA certification is required (or ready to obtain within 3 months).
  • Expertise: A working knowledge of residential HVAC systems and a willingness to learn ductwork, brazing, and control wiring under guidance.
  • Mindset: You're a Solutions Driven team player who takes coaching well and shows up ready to learn.
  • Dependability: You're a proactive, safe, and organized worker who maintains your vehicle and tools with pride.
