Full job details
We have an immediate opening for a skilled HVAC Lead Installer. This lead installation role
primarily involves residential replacement work. You will meet our customers' heating and
cooling needs by providing quality system installations, including Split Systems, Ductwork, Air
Handlers, Furnaces, Condensers, Thermostats, IAQ products, and more.
SIGN-ON BONUS!
● Up to $2,000 for Individuals*
● Up to $5,000 for Crews*
Job Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following
requirements:
● Minimum of 2-years of experience leading a crew in residential HVAC.
● Technical ability to perform all HVAC installation work.
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record
● Ability to lift 100 lbs.
● Ability to work safely from a ladder.
● Excellent communication skills with customers and our office team.
● Organized & process-oriented.
● Professional appearance and driven-to-succeed personality.
Benefits & Pay:
● Starting base rate as high as $35.00/hr with unlimited earning potential through our progressive compensation plan, which includes performance incentives. Your exact pay will depend on your experience, knowledge, and ability as an HVAC Installer.
