Job Responsibilities:
- Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
- Lead and train Install Helpers
- Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.
- Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.
The Must-Haves
- Clean driving record (last 3 years)
- HVAC Installation experience (3 years preferred)
- Experience Leading a team
