What You’ll Do
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll be the expert customers trust and the teammate others rely on
Install residential HVAC systems with precision, craftsmanship, and pride
Work closely with a skilled team to deliver flawless installations
Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical components
Connect systems to existing infrastructure and ensure everything runs at peak performance
Test, troubleshoot, and fine‑tune installations
Deliver exceptional customer service—educating homeowners and building trust
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
What You Bring
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices
Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer‑service mindset
Valid driver’s license (company policy requires drivers to be at least 21)
