Overview
Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity in the HVAC field? Zimmer is looking to build an industry-leading team with talented Lead Installers.
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00+/hour

What You Will Do:
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues
- Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installations
- Properly connect and test equipment
- Accurately and efficiently document all calls and jobs according to company requirements
What You Will Bring:
- 2-5 years of Lead HVAC Installation experience (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with technical/trade school certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to safely handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
