Compensation
$23.00 – $40.00+/hour + uncapped commissionTop performers earn $50+/hour

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer
- Install residential HVAC systems in accordance with company standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality requirements
- Pre-measure and assess job sites to ensure proper system sizing and installation readiness
- Connect equipment, ductwork, and electrical components accurately and efficiently
- Provide professional, customer-focused communication on every job
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5+ years of HVAC installation experience (Lead Installer experience required)
- HVAC certification, degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
