What You'll Do

As an HVAC Lead Residential Installer, you will lead residential HVAC installation projects while ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install residential heating and cooling systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Lead, train, and support installation helpers and team members
• Read and interpret installation requirements and job specifications
• Determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for each installation
• Maintain proper inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment
• Ensure installation vehicles are organized and properly stocked
• Complete installations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to improve installation processes and job efficiency
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Educate customers on system operation and ensure they understand their new equipment
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

HVAC Lead Installer Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience 
• Experience leading HVAC installation projects preferred
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation processes
• Ability to read installation requirements and determine necessary materials
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license

Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment

Our office is located at 959 North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, TN. HVAC Lead Residential Installers will report to the office each day before heading to scheduled installation projects. Company vehicles are provided for daily installation work.
