Karya Property Management (KPM) is seeking a skilled HVAC Licensed Technician to join our maintenance team. This full-time position will support multiple residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal climate control systems operation and occupant comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units across various properties.
- Must have knowledge to installed R32 and new HVAC
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to schedule repairs and upgrades minimizing downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Valid HVAC license or certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
