Job Details: Job Location: Napoleon Square Apartments - Houston, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Position Overview Perform HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs for a multifamily apartment community. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair air-conditioning, heating, and refrigerator problems efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot electrical problems and safely handle and install electrical wiring and circuits. Use hand tools, test equipment, air-conditioning recovery equipment, and vacuum pumps properly. Follow safe refrigerant handling and recovery procedures. Qualifications: Multifamily maintenance experience required. EPA Section 608 Technician certification required. Thorough knowledge of heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems. Proficiency with the tools and equipment listed above and related safety procedures.
