Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Complete residential painting projects as needed
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
