- $50k-$70k/year (hourly base + uncapped commission)
- Top techs consistently earn $25+/hr

What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment.
- Complete system inspections and identify potential performance or safety concerns.
- Clean, test, and adjust HVAC components to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance recommendations, and indoor comfort solutions.
- Clearly communicate maintenance findings and recommended repairs.
- Document service calls, inspection results, and customer interactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.
- Represent the Korte brand with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction.

Preferred
- HVAC maintenance or service experience.
- EPA Certification.
- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
- Experience using mobile service software or dispatch platforms.
- Sales or customer-facing experience with presenting service recommendations.
