Purpose
The HVAC Maintenance Technician ensures the efficiency and reliability of residential HVAC systems through quality preventative maintenance. This role is ideal for individuals in technical training or those with basic HVAC experience who are eager to grow. What You’ll Do
Maintenance & Technical Work
Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and minor repairs.
Identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety guidelines.
Deliver professional, courteous service to all customers.
Clearly explain maintenance findings and recommendations.
Promote and explain Cooper’s GCM maintenance plans.
Build trust and positive long-term customer relationships.
