About the Role

Aire Solutions is seeking a high-performing HVAC Project Manager to drive sales and oversee installation projects from start to finish. In this role, you will consult directly with customers, present custom comfort solutions, and manage the end-to-end installation process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and job profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Proposal Generation: Conduct sales presentations, review plans/take-offs, request quotes, and build custom proposals using set price books.

  • Project Management: Oversee installation jobs through scheduling, completion, collection, and referral generation.

  • Field Communication: Clear detail relay to installers via verbal notes, drawings, and pictures to set clear customer expectations.

  • Customer Care: Maintain active communication with homeowners/clients and installers throughout the installation process.

  • Lead Generation: Prospect for new business via outbound outreach and local territory growth to exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing sales.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

  • Availability: Willingness to work rotating evenings/weekends to accommodate customer schedules; travel up to 75% locally between job sites.

  • Physical Capabilities: Comfortable climbing ladders, working in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces), and lifting up to 25 lbs.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
