At Wilson, we believe comfort starts with care—and that begins with our team. We’re looking for an HVAC Service Apprentice who’s ready to learn from the best, grow in the trade, and help keep families safe, efficient, and comfortable all year long.

As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced service technicians, learning how to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. You’ll gain the hands-on skills and confidence to build a lasting career—backed by a company Northeast Ohio has trusted since 1958.

What You’ll Do

• Assist service technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and system maintenance
• Learn how to inspect, clean, and test key HVAC components
• Support tune-ups and preventive maintenance visits
• Help identify issues and communicate findings clearly to homeowners
• Maintain a clean and organized work area—truck, tools, and customer home alike
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Some HVAC training or hands-on experience (school, internship, or entry-level role)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
• Professional, customer-focused attitude
• Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs and work in various environments
