You spend your time fixing systems and helping homeowners, not figuring things out on the fly. Techs who run the system every call, every time are the ones who earn the most here.

What you'll do
- Run service, repair, tune-up, maintenance-plan and warranty calls in homes across the Treasure Coast
- Diagnose, explain what you found with photos, and give every customer a recommendation and an estimate
- Spot aging equipment and set up replacement quotes. Your sales turn into your commission
- Hit the numbers that matter (average ticket, callbacks) and get rewarded for it
You're a fit if you
- Take pride in doing it the right way on every call, every time
- Have solid HVAC service experience and can diagnose without hand-holding
- Hold EPA 608 certification and a valid Florida driver's license with a clean record
- Communicate well with homeowners and the office, and are comfortable recommending solutions
Physical requirements
- Work in attics, on rooftops and in crawl spaces. This is a must
- Lift up to 40 lbs overhead
- Drive between job sites across a wide service area, with significant daily travel time
