HVAC Service Technician

Employer: Service One, a sister company of Chamberlin + Associates.

Service One is looking to hire a strong HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is a good fit for a technician who wants steady work, a supportive team, and room to take ownership of their route rather than just punching a clock. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, is dependable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service to our customers on every call.

Pay Range

$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience, knowledge, and overall skill level.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred).
Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems.
Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats.
EPA Certification (required).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Willingness to learn and stay up to date with industry standards and new equipment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems accurately and efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
Explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
Maintain accurate service records and paperwork.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
