Pay Range

  • $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience, knowledge, and overall skill level.

  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
  • Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats.
  • EPA Certification (required).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with industry standards and new equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
  • Explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate service records and paperwork.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.

Where This Role Can Take You

  • Ongoing exposure to new equipment and evolving industry standards.
  • The chance to build a loyal customer base through consistent, high-quality service.
  • Room to grow your technical skills as you take on more advanced diagnostic and repair work.

We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, motivated, and committed to providing excellent service. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge, and overall qualifications. If this sounds like the right fit, we'd like to hear from you.
