PAY: $20 – $35/hr (based on experience) + Commission + Spiffs + Bonuses Medical & Dental after 90-day probationary period

🔹 2+ years of residential HVAC field experience
🔹 Available for evenings and weekends — customers need us when they need us
🔹 Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
🔹 Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, and Florida heat — no complaints
🔹 Strong people skills — you're in customers' homes, not a warehouse
🔹 Ability to lift 60 lbs and show up looking like a pro
