We are hiring HVAC Service Technicians to provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on technical and investment decisions while making service calls in their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
- Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
- Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
- Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
- Perform a proper inspection of the system.
- Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers.
- Accurately complete all paperwork and invoices.
- Provide customer leads to sales team.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an HVAC trade program or HVAC field experience greatly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
