What Success Looks Like Here

Our most successful HVAC Service Technicians are more than technically skilled. They know how to walk into a customer's home, listen to their concerns, diagnose the problem, communicate clearly, build trust, and confidently recommend the right solution.

They take ownership of the customer experience. They don't simply complete the minimum repair and move on—they look at the entire system, identify potential concerns and opportunities, educate the homeowner, and make sure the customer understands their options.

If you're technically strong, motivated, great with customers, comfortable with sales, and always looking for ways to improve, this is the kind of environment where you can succeed.

Build More Than a Job. Build a Career.

At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, we believe great technicians should have the opportunity to earn more, learn more, and grow.

As part of Service Minds, you'll have access to ongoing technical, customer service, and professional development training along with career opportunities across multiple skilled trades and locations.

Many career paths can start in the truck and lead to opportunities in leadership, training, operations, and beyond.

If you're an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in your work, delivers exceptional customer service, is comfortable recommending solutions, and wants an opportunity where your performance is recognized and rewarded, we want to hear from you.

Apply today and take the next step in your HVAC career.
