Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Southern Air of Monroe is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team in Monroe and Ruston. HVAC Service Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What you will do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
- Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
Who you are:
- 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- EPA Type II (Preferred)

Salary: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Monroe or Ruston: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
