We're growing and looking for motivated HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. Whether you're just beginning your career in the trades or you're an experienced union technician looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to speak with you.

This position is covered under the Sheet Metal Workers Local 1 Collective Bargaining Agreement.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
  • Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and airflow issues.
  • Service light commercial HVAC equipment as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers.
  • Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

 

Entry-Level Applicants Welcome

We're happy to train individuals who have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous HVAC installation or service experience (residential or commercial).
  • EPA Section 608 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if required).
  • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, or trade school experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Apprentice Wage: $21.18 per hour plus a comprehensive union benefits package.

Experienced Union Technicians: Competitive union wages based on classification and experience under the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
