What You’ll Do
Follow our 6-step process for how to run a service call the professional way—no shortcuts.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Accurately troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow issues
- Perform thorough system evaluations and identify potential problems
- Clearly explain your findings and recommendations to homeowners
- Present repair and replacement options professionally and honestly
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, tools, and job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Help mentor and develop less-experienced technicians as you grow
What We’re Looking For
You should be:
- Experienced in residential HVAC service
- Strong at diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow systems
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship
- Willing to learn, improve, and continue developing your skills
- Coachable and open to learning new techniques and processes
- A team player who wants to help those around you succeed
- Committed to accurately diagnosing problems and doing the job right
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification and applicable Alabama HVAC credentials preferred
